The Henry Foundation is a non-profit organization. We are dedicated to
furthering Christ-conscious ideals, principles, and ethics in personal
spiritual development on a nondenominational level. The Foundation was created
to provide on-going programs which foster the development and understanding of
human potential. The Foundation provides metaphysical resources and teaches
basic meditation techniques to all who wish to learn.
"Christ-Consciousness" involves:

actively applying Christ's teachings to one's conscious thoughts

Metaphysics can be defined as:

In a nutshell: The Henry Foundation is a "pro-spirituality"
discussion group that fosters personal spiritual growth and the
realization of human potential.
